What you will do

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot lottery equipment at various retailer locations.
• Perform equipment swaps, cleaning, and minor component adjustments to restore functionality.
• Manage inventory of replacement parts, tools, and marketing supplies.
• Provide training to retailers on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
• Accurately report activity, arrival times, and resolution details to dispatch.
• Operate company vehicles in accordance with safety policies.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service and technical repairs.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work at heights (rooftops).
• Ability to perceive colors correctly for technical work.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship available).
