What you will do
- Install, maintain, and repair equipment and communication devices at retail locations.
- Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment in the field and perform necessary component swaps or adjustments.
- Deliver marketing supplies and consumables (paper, ribbons, betslips) and track inventory.
- Provide basic and refresher training to retailers on the correct use of equipment.
- Coordinate with Dispatchers to report activity, arrival/departure times, and failure resolutions.
- Operate and maintain a company vehicle according to corporate policy.
Requirements
- High school degree or GED equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical repairs and customer service roles.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work at heights (rooftops) or in close quarters.
- Ability to correctly perceive colors.
- Must be available to service the North Platte, NE area.
