What you will do

• Install, maintain, and repair hirify.global equipment and communication devices at retail locations.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment in the field and perform necessary component swaps or adjustments.
• Deliver marketing supplies and consumables (paper, ribbons, betslips) and track inventory.
• Provide basic and refresher training to retailers on the correct use of equipment.
• Coordinate with Dispatchers to report activity, arrival/departure times, and failure resolutions.
• Operate and maintain a company vehicle according to corporate policy.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in technical repairs and customer service roles.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work at heights (rooftops) or in close quarters.
• Ability to correctly perceive colors.
• Must be available to service the North Platte, NE area.
