hirify.global is a global Network-as-a-Service platform provider that recently integrated Latitude.sh to deliver high-performance, latency-sensitive Compute-as-a-Service solutions.

What you will do

  • Lead global Sales Operations strategy and execution for the Latitude business unit.
  • Build and maintain scalable forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity governance frameworks.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to enhance operational visibility and revenue predictability.
  • Collaborate with Systems & Tools teams to optimize Salesforce workflows and reporting.
  • Drive operational readiness for new GTM initiatives, marketplace programs, and product launches.
  • Support AI-readiness initiatives through process standardization and data governance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting high-growth technology organizations.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM and systems process knowledge.
  • Proven experience supporting complex GTM motions including channel and marketplace sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional operational initiatives and executive stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the United States.

  • Experience with consumption-based revenue models.
