What you will do

• Transform sales and financial data into actionable insights and recommendations for Sales Leadership.
• Develop sales forecasts, performance analyses, and KPI frameworks.
• Build and manage dashboards and reporting to monitor pipeline health and business metrics.
• Support strategic territory planning and resource allocation.
• Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to improve business performance and accelerate initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Analytics.
• 7–10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, FP&A, or Business Analytics.
• Proficiency with Excel, Salesforce, and Power BI.
• Strong skills in financial modeling and sales performance management.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
