What you will do

  • Monitor inbound lead flow and ensure accurate routing to Account Executives based on territory and segment rules.
  • Partner with sales teams to ensure meetings are scheduled promptly and completed successfully.
  • Act as the connective tissue between marketing-sourced pipeline and the sales organization to prevent lead leakage.
  • Track key operational signals such as speed-to-lead, routing accuracy, and meeting progression.
  • Identify and resolve process bottlenecks while maintaining a feedback loop with marketing and operations.
  • Utilize AI-powered go-to-market tools to support lead prioritization and outreach automation.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales support, marketing operations, or a similar go-to-market role.
  • Must be based in the United States to align with regional operations and benefits.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal stakeholder management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and process improvements.
  • Technical aptitude for learning new AI-powered sales tools quickly.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting inbound sales motions or marketing-to-sales handoff processes.
  • Familiarity with lead routing logic, territory assignment, and funnel management.
  • Experience partnering with SDR or RevOps teams in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Comfort working with Slack, CRM reporting, and spreadsheet tools.
