What you will do
- Provide technical assistance and training to system users via phone and in-person support.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot personal computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts and permissions within Microsoft Active Directory.
- Administer print servers and support multifunction devices.
- Maintain and configure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
- Document and track issues using ITSM systems like ServiceNow or Remedy.
Requirements
- Must have active Secret clearance to start.
- CompTIA Security+ certification required.
- High School Diploma and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM) systems and Active Directory.
- Strong communication skills for customer support and issue resolution.
- Ability to work on-site in Huntsville, AL.
