What you will do

  • Provide technical assistance and training to system users via phone and in-person support.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot personal computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions within Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Administer print servers and support multifunction devices.
  • Maintain and configure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
  • Document and track issues using ITSM systems like ServiceNow or Remedy.

Requirements

  • Must have active Secret clearance to start.
  • CompTIA Security+ certification required.
  • High School Diploma and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM) systems and Active Directory.
  • Strong communication skills for customer support and issue resolution.
  • Ability to work on-site in Huntsville, AL.
