What you will do
- Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and break-fix support at user sites.
- Provide remote support to work-from-home users.
- Manage hardware support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Handle application installation and deployment using SCCM and Software Center.
- Maintain endpoint security using McAfee.
- Support server, Active Directory, and network (voice and video) infrastructure.
Requirements
- 6 years of technical support experience required.
- Deep knowledge of Windows client and Microsoft professional applications.
- Strong expertise in hardware troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, printers).
- Experience with SCCM and software deployment.
- ITIL certification required.
- Graduate degree.
