What you will do

• Own Sales and Revenue reporting and analytics, including profitability measurement, metrics, and reporting processes.
• Evolve the Sales and Revenue function to world-class excellence across all operations.
• Co-lead finance processes for the ICS organization: strategic plan, budgets, and rolling forecasts.
• Conduct financial analyses to evaluate strategic initiatives that accelerate growth.
• Manage Investment Optimization and identify process improvement initiatives.
• Build and manage relationships with business partners to review financial performance and opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, decision support, or strategic finance.
• Proficiency in TM1, Oracle, and PowerBI (required).
• Advanced financial modeling and data visualization skills.
• Strong personal accountability and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure, navigate ambiguity, and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex ideas into actionable messages.
