What you will do

• Design and specify customized IT solutions for consumer loans, including technical requirements and solution concepts.
• Coordinate workshops to align business and IT requirements with stakeholders inside and outside the tribe.
• Document and manage requirements and support design/implementation of user stories and epics.
• Act as central point of contact for assigned consumer-loans applications and for IT governance/compliance initiatives.
• Support integration of distributed/modern architecture approaches in the Java environment and provide end-to-end lifecycle support (incidents, change, problem management).
• Own compliance for regulatory requirements, support IT/authorization controls, and contribute to governance processes and audit/regulatory review support.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of practical experience in business analysis, software development, IT application operations, governance and/or IT security.
• University degree in business informatics, computer science, or comparable education.
• In-depth IT knowledge and strong understanding of IT architectures and secure operation.
• Several years of experience with governance activities in a regulated IT environment (e.g., business-critical infrastructures).
• Hands-on IT practice such as log file analysis or database analysis using SQL.
• Experience with agile project methods and strong communication skills.
