What you will do

• Manage GBS projects throughout the entire lifecycle from initiation to control.
• Act as an interface between departments to identify and optimize processes for GBS transfer.
• Develop data-driven insights, visual reports, and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives including automation and process redesign.
• Collaborate on defining quality guidelines, service catalogs, and Service Level Agreements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to interdisciplinary project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in project-based work, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong project management capabilities including planning and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Very good knowledge of English language.
• Ability to take initiative and adapt to frequent changes.
