What you will do

• Manage incidents and problems, performing root cause analysis and implementing structural fixes for global users.
• Provide L2 support for application stacks in production, including occasional weekend work for system changes and migrations.
• Automate testing, deployments, and monitoring to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Configure products, reports, and processes to enhance data quality and system performance.
• Execute functional testing and change management activities across Test, Acceptance, and Production environments.
• Support global end-users (Traders, Risk Managers) and maintain back-end databases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Financial Markets and/or Treasury (interest rate and FX derivatives, market risk modelling).
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL for data validation and report generation.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, ServiceNow, and Confluence.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• English: C1 (excellent level) required.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in Risk Management.
• Familiarity with Financial Markets regulations.
• Experience managing stakeholders within the Financial Markets domain.
