What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for specialized engineering and defence technology roles across Sweden and the Nordic region.
• Partner with hiring managers to define technical candidate profiles and hiring priorities.
• Build targeted pipelines within Nordic defence and advanced engineering talent markets.
• Identify and engage engineers specializing in electronics, embedded systems, communications, and sensing systems.
• Provide market insights on talent availability and hiring risks within the Nordic engineering sector.
• Maintain accurate recruitment pipelines and data using Personio.

Requirements

• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Significant experience recruiting specialized engineering talent within defence, aerospace, electronics, or advanced technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of the Swedish and Nordic engineering talent markets.
• Ability to partner credibly with senior engineering leaders in high-bar technical hiring environments.
• Proven ability to source and engage highly specialized technical profiles.
• Highly organized and comfortable operating independently in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German.
