What you will do

• Engage engineers specializing in maritime systems, robotics, and autonomy.
• Provide market insights on talent availability and hiring risks.
• Ensure structured candidate evaluation and data-driven hiring recommendations.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and German (C1 level).
• Proven experience recruiting for specialized engineering or R&D roles.
• Demonstrated success sourcing within maritime, naval, or defence environments.
• Ability to partner credibly with senior engineering leaders.
• Strong understanding of Northern Germany’s maritime engineering ecosystem.
• Highly structured approach and ability to operate independently in a fast-growing environment.
