What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for business-critical technical and operational roles across Europe.
• Partner with senior leadership to define hiring strategies, workforce planning, and regional prioritization.
• Execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract top-tier engineering and technical talent.
• Provide expert market insights and data-driven guidance to influence hiring decisions.
• Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and data integrity within Personio.
• Contribute to employer branding and support organizational scaling initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and German (C1/native) is a must.
• Extensive experience as a Senior Recruiter or Talent Partner in-house or agency.
• Proven track record of end-to-end recruitment for technical or engineering roles at scale.
• Strong experience partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of European talent markets and cross-border hiring.
• Highly structured, data-driven, and execution-focused mindset.
