What you will do

  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews to ensure high-quality hiring standards.
  • Drive personnel marketing and employer branding projects to enhance company visibility.
  • Track and report on key recruitment KPIs to optimize hiring performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (7+ years for Senior level).
  • Proven experience in tech recruiting within fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-volume recruiting or blue-collar hiring.
  • Previous in-house recruitment experience.
  • Fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, or French.
