TL;DR
Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Driving pipeline generation and accelerating growth across the Spanish-speaking market with an accent on outbound prospecting, discovery conversations, and strategic account prioritization. Focus on building high-impact business opportunities and partnering with Account Executives to scale market presence.
Location: London (Onsite). Please note: this is a fixed-term maternity cover position until June 2027.

What you will do
- Own outbound prospecting efforts by researching accounts and identifying key stakeholders.
- Conduct discovery conversations to align value propositions with customer pain points.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Partner Managers on acceleration initiatives.
- Maintain accurate lead management and activity tracking in Salesforce.
- Continuously optimize outreach messaging and engagement strategies.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Spanish speaker (Must).
- Fluent English (Must).
- 2+ years of SDR experience, preferably in SaaS or high-tech environments.
- Proven experience in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.
- Ability to lead consultative discovery conversations with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive hunter mentality.
Nice to have
- Experience working with EMEA markets.
- Background in the mobile marketing or MarTech ecosystem.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and Data.ai.
