What you will do

  • Drive sales growth through proactive outreach and strategic relationship building.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for inbound inquiries and identify qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with field sales counterparts, including Account Executives and Channel Partners.
  • Utilize digital sales tools like LinkedIn, 6Sense, and Salesforce to uncover corporate insights.
  • Deliver the hirify.global pitch and conduct discovery calls to convert leads into opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed funnel, pipeline, and activity KPIs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful experience in outbound sales, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Fluency in one or more of Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish is required.
  • Exceptional communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to manage sales calls at varying levels of customer accounts.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office.
