What you will do
- Prospect into established and high-growth organizations across designated European regions.
- Generate a consistent flow of qualified pipeline opportunities per quarter to fuel AE success.
- Build relationships with department heads and IT stakeholders by deeply understanding their business needs.
- Execute creative outbound strategies using email, phone, LinkedIn, and video.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with AEs and Marketing to refine regional messaging.
- Manage activity and forecast pipeline using Salesforce, Outreach, and AI tools.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment.
- Strong prospecting skills and expertise in outbound engagement.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, and Sales Navigator.
- Self-motivated and organized mindset for a fast-paced environment.
