What you will do
- Identify and evaluate M&A targets and venture investment opportunities across European markets, specifically focusing on AI-native and infrastructure companies.
- Drive product vision and growth strategy by monitoring trends in AI/ML, observability, security, and cloud infrastructure.
- Build proprietary deal flow through relationships with founders, VCs, and accelerators in Paris, London, and Iberian ecosystems.
- Lead end-to-end due diligence, including technical product assessments, financial modeling, valuation analysis, and integration planning.
- Collaborate with senior engineering and product leaders to assess technical architectures and product fit of target companies.
- Negotiate and close complex transactions and present strategic recommendations to the CEO and senior leadership.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in corporate development, venture capital, engineering, or product management at a high-growth tech company.
- Demonstrated technical depth to analyze product architectures and engage credibly with engineering leaders (CS degree or prior engineering experience preferred).
- Strong AI literacy and ability to evaluate the technical merit of AI-native companies.
- Experience operating within European tech markets, with a preference for Paris, London, or Iberia.
- Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environments and source opportunities through personal networks.
