Senior Product Manager

What you will do

• Own and prioritise the product backlog, define “ready to build” and “done”, and decide what enters each sprint.
• Write and maintain epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Jira, linking roadmap items to delivery execution.
• Run delivery rituals (refinement, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives), keep the team unblocked, and make delivery status visible.
• Protect agreed sprint scope from unplanned change and coordinate dependencies across scopes and disciplines.
• Decide with the Product Manager whether to ship with a non-critical bug or fix it first, based on clear problem statements and priorities.
• Use AI tooling to automate mechanical delivery tasks (ticket drafting/grooming, status and release notes, burndown and blocker signals).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an Agile delivery role as Product Owner, Scrum Master, or similar.
• Proven ability to own a backlog and run Agile rituals for a cross-functional team.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to translate ambiguous priorities into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience facilitating refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives while keeping delivery status legible.
• Hands-on fluency with Jira, including Jira Product Discovery, and comfort coordinating dependencies across teams.
• Technical fluency to work effectively with developers, tech leads, designers, and QA, plus hands-on experience using AI tools in a delivery context.

• Experience moving from a Scrum Master role into Product Ownership.
