Senior Product Manager - Operations (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for supply chain and fulfilment systems, spanning both SaaS platforms and in-house tools.
• Translate operational needs into clear functional specifications and define KPIs for data-led optimisation.
• Coordinate the implementation of new capabilities with SaaS vendors and integration partners.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for in-house operational tools, collaborating with engineering, data, and design teams.
• Identify automation and optimisation opportunities by leveraging AI and emerging technologies.
• Make strategic build-versus-buy decisions to balance speed, scalability, and long-term impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in e-commerce, retail, or logistics.
• Solid understanding of fulfilment and warehouse operations (OMS, WMS, or ERP).
• Proven track record of implementing and integrating SaaS solutions.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL, and experience using AI tools for research and prototyping.
• Fluency in English (C1+) required.
• Must be based in Munich to support a hybrid work model.
