What you will do

• Own a product area for websites/online shops or a brand, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze user flows, checkout funnels, and KPIs; provide reports for management.
• Create and prioritize backlog based on feedback, goals, and insights; align with stakeholders.
• Conduct market/competitive analyses to identify needs and opportunities.
• Translate complex requirements into workflows and concepts.
• Collaborate with development, tech, agencies, marketing, sales, and customer service.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent; years of experience in classical/agile methodologies, ideally software development.
• Analytical thinking, initiative, stakeholder management, backlog/epics/user stories.
• Develop product vision collaboratively.
• Passion for digital innovation, UX trends, new technologies.
• Thrive in fast-paced environment; proficient in G-Suite, MS Office, JIRA/Confluence.
• Effective communication in written/spoken English and German.
