What you will do

• Own product strategy and roadmap for internal Client Facing Platforms (hirify.global Console).
• Redesign media planning workflows to translate client contracts into operational plans.
• Conduct continuous discovery of internal processes to identify bottlenecks and map workflows.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from problem framing and scoping to shipping and iteration.
• Define success metrics and use data/experimentation to guide product decisions.
• Integrate AI-driven tools and approaches into the product and internal workflows.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Product Management with a track record of owning products end-to-end.
• Proven experience shipping automation or AI solutions into live systems.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience developing internal tooling and working with internal users.
• Willingness to work on-site in Berlin for at least 80% of weekly working hours.
• Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to self-serve data and engage with engineers.

• Familiarity with inventory management, ad delivery, or campaign operations.
