What you will do
- Execute and deploy multi-channel campaigns, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Build and manage audience segments, lead scoring models, and targeting logic in CRM and automation platforms.
- Maintain system integrity by ensuring clean, structured data across marketing systems.
- Configure campaign tracking and attribution to provide visibility into pipeline contribution.
- Build and maintain workflows for buyer signal routing, lifecycle programs, and post-event follow-up.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual work through automation and AI.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing operations.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like Pardot.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce, including segmentation and data management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify data issues and improve performance.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK.
