What you will do

  • Design and execute a B2B, ICP-driven lead generation strategy aligned with sales priorities.
  • Own the full marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, to ensure operational excellence and clean data.
  • Leverage AI tools to scale content generation, outreach, and personalization efforts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Strategy to refine positioning and messaging.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team while managing marketing budgets with discipline.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide real-time visibility into pipeline performance.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK
  • Substantial experience in Growth, Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, or Revenue Operations.
  • Proven track record in B2B technology or SaaS environments.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce or HubSpot and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate metrics into strategic insights.
  • English: Fluent proficiency required

Nice to have

  • Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or clinical trials.
  • Background in private equity-backed or high-growth environments.
