TL;DR

Marketing Manager (EMEA): Leading the planning, execution, and promotion of events, webinars, and regional marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and demand generation across European markets. Focus on managing cross-functional projects, tracking campaign ROI, and aligning regional strategies with global goals.

Location: Must be based in London or be able to commute for a hybrid schedule (3 days per week in the office).

What you will do

  • Develop and implement regional event, webinar, and digital marketing plans for Europe.
  • Organize industry tradeshows and signature events, including vendor management and logistics.
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment and messaging consistency.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign ROI, pipeline contribution, and MQL metrics.
  • Work with internal design teams to create event graphics and marketing collateral.
  • Manage budgets and internal processes for all regional marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, ideally in the technology or software industry.
  • Proven track record in Field Marketing, managing events, budgets, and timelines.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in event data analysis and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Must be able to work from the London office 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).

Nice to have

  • Fluency in French or German.
