What you will do

• Own strategic relationships with trust, identity, and infrastructure partners across Europe, managing onboarding and commercial alignment.
• Lead complex customer implementations involving digital identity, trust, and verification capabilities.
• Build documentation, playbooks, and operating systems to allow the business to scale efficiently.
• Translate evolving regulatory and ecosystem developments into actionable plans with clear owners and timelines.
• Represent the company in emerging identity ecosystems and strategic industry initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Customer Success to bring new capabilities to market.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in program management, product management, partnerships, or operations.
• Experience owning complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Experience working with external partners, vendors, or strategic relationships.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and a product-oriented mindset for automation and scaling.
• Fluency with AI tools to accelerate research, communication, and execution.
