TL;DR
Programme Manager (Data Platform): Driving sustained change in how the organization understands, manages, and uses its data by leading a transformation programme within the Data Competence Centre. Location: Must be based in London (UK), Berlin (Germany), or Heidelberg (Germany). The role is hybrid with 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do
- Maintain and execute the data strategy roadmap in collaboration with the Director of Data Enablement.
- Define and manage programme-level OKRs while ensuring project-level alignment.
- Facilitate steering sessions to gather stakeholder input and communicate progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Foster a culture of ownership and empowerment across cross-functional teams.
- Provide line management, mentoring, and guidance to project managers and business analysts.
- Improve internal processes including hiring, onboarding, and project management methodologies.
Requirements
- Must be based in London, Berlin, or Heidelberg.
- Proven track record of planning and delivering complex programmes as a Programme Manager or Delivery Lead.
- Strong experience driving delivery in agile and hybrid environments.
- Broad understanding of agile methodologies, frameworks, and industry-standard project management tools.
- Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to hold technical discussions and understand technical processes.
Nice to have
- Experience working with platform or enablement teams.
- Understanding of systems thinking and change management frameworks.
- Line management experience.
- Experience with continuous delivery or frequent release cadences.
