What you will do

• Translate strategic priorities and complex risk topics into practical, clear communication for the CRO domain.
• Guide stakeholders in structuring and sharpening their narratives to ensure a consistent storyline.
• Create and optimize content for intranet articles, presentations, and regular updates.
• Contribute to the development of communication tools, formats, and events to increase impact.
• Collaborate within the CRO Strategy Office Communications Team to align 2,500 colleagues on key priorities.

Requirements

• HBO/WO degree in Communications or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in communications.
• Strong English writing and editing skills.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical or risk-related topics into accessible language.
• Proactive, practical mindset and a collaborative team-player approach.
