What you will do
- Architect and scale Industry Advisory Boards (IABs) and recruit C-suite leaders to drive high-value engagement and brand loyalty.
- Build and lead “The Vault” Banking Executive Network, including global chapters, and turn executive engagement into measurable pipeline impact.
- Own the analyst & advisory ecosystem: manage tiering models, orchestrate briefings/submissions for top-tier rankings, and operationalize analyst engagement with influence scorecards.
- Operationalize thought leadership by activating internal/external SMEs and coordinating global narrative amplification with the CMO across key regions and topics.
- Connect influence to sales by implementing a measurable influence-to-pipeline framework and integrating scoring/attribution into SFDC and marketing systems.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Analyst Relations (AR), Executive Relations, or Strategic Communications in Enterprise Tech (Fintech/SaaS preferred).
- Proven track record managing C-level stakeholders and advisory boards with strong executive gravitas.
- Deep existing credibility with analysts, influencers, and executive communities in the banking sector.
- Experience working across cultures and time zones, translating technical depth into compelling narratives.
- Ability to build strategy and execute operationally with precision.
