Global Communications Intern (Corporate Affairs): Supporting the execution of Executive and Corporate Communications Strategies to build and protect the company's reputation with an accent on internal content creation and media monitoring. Location: Based in Amsterdam, Netherlands (Flexible and remote working available)

One of the world’s largest beauty companies with a portfolio of iconic brands across fragrance, color cosmetics, and skin and body care.

What you will do

  • Create and publish content across internal corporate channels including Viva Engage, SharePoint, and email.
  • Perform daily media monitoring and compile comprehensive reports on brand mentions.
  • Develop activation plans to engage internal employees with corporate highlights and quarterly earnings.
  • Support the production and on-site management of global internal events.
  • Lead the development of corporate assets such as presentations, press kits, messaging, and videos.
  • Manage the end-to-end production of copy and visual content according to strategic requirements.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of Corporate Communications.
  • Fluent English (C1), specifically strong professional writing skills.
  • Comfortable working with Generative AI.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing capabilities.
  • Must be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in a Corporate Communications or marketing role.
