What you will do

• Develop and manage internal communication channels.
• Write and edit corporate articles, announcements, and materials.
• Launch and maintain new internal communication formats.
• Generate and support internal initiatives to engage employees.
• Collaborate with various departments to collect and synthesize information.
• Prepare reports and analyze the effectiveness of communication activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Internal or Corporate Communications.
• Strong writing and editing skills for corporate materials.
• Experience launching internal communication processes.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
• Location: Must be based in Cyprus, Georgia, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, or Ukraine.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech, IT, or digital companies.
• Experience building internal communications from scratch.
• Basic skills in visual tools like Figma or Canva.
• Experience with corporate portals and internal platforms.
