Junior Project Manager (EdTech)

Location: Must be based in Spain (Barcelona or Madrid) with a hybrid work model (occasional office visits 2-3 times per year).

What you will do

• Maintain and update the platform roadmap in collaboration with engineering and product leads.
• Track progress, dependencies, and risks across technical initiatives and migrations.
• Facilitate delivery cadences including sprint syncs, platform reviews, and steering meetings.
• Translate technical progress into structured updates for diverse stakeholders.
• Manage smaller technical initiatives independently, defining scope and milestones.
• Ensure alignment on priorities and best practices across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm or similar environment.
• Spanish: C1/C2 proficiency required.
• English: B2/C1 proficiency required.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills and excellent written communication.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, structured updates.
