What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for data center construction, owning cost, schedule, scope, quality, and safety.
• Manage general contractors, architects, MEP engineers, and specialty subcontractors to ensure design intent is met.
• Coordinate critical mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including utility power, substations, and liquid-cooling infrastructure.
• Develop integrated project schedules and implement recovery plans to mitigate critical-path risks.
• Manage project budgets, change orders, and the procurement of long-lead equipment like generators and chillers.
• Own the commissioning process (L1–L5) to ensure facilities are ready for operational handover.

Requirements

• 7+ years of construction project management experience.
• 3+ years experience delivering data centers or similar mission-critical facilities (e.g., hospitals, semiconductor fabs).
• Direct knowledge of data center MEP systems and Uptime Institute Tier standards.
• Proficiency in project controls and scheduling software such as P6, MS Project, or Procore.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent field experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the country in which you apply.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering projects for hyperscale or colocation clients.
• Exposure to liquid-cooling deployments and high-density rack environments.
• PMP, CCM, or relevant OSHA certifications.
• Experience managing projects in greenfield or speculative-build environments.
