TL;DR

Location: San Francisco (Hybrid)

Compensation: $130,000–$191,500

What you will do

  • Design and execute a cohesive enablement strategy aligned with long-term business goals.
  • Serve as the internal AI advocate, translating emerging AI capabilities into practical revenue-driving applications.
  • Rearchitect learning programs to deliver in-deal enablement and content.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for frontline managers to improve coaching and leadership skills.
  • Partner with Product GTM and Marketing to tailor messaging and product launches for commercial teams.
  • Mentor and lead a team of high-performing revenue enablement professionals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enablement, training, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales or running a revenue/sales enablement team.
  • Experience working for a publicly traded company.
  • Strong AI proficiency with tools such as Gong, Claude, and GPT.
  • Experience building programs for highly complex products in data or analytics.
  • Must be open to traveling 2x per quarter.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Highspot integration into Salesforce.
  • Global coordination experience.
  • Background in tech or data-driven companies.
