What you will do

• Lead transaction advisory and technical diligence for strategic investments, M&A, and capital raises.
• Serve as a senior advisor to executive leadership on infrastructure feasibility and execution risk.
• Assess complex infrastructure programs including data center design, GPU clusters, and network architecture.
• Validate technical plans against revenue assumptions, SLA commitments, and operational dependencies.
• Quantify technical risk exposure and develop actionable risk mitigation plans for the board.
• Build and improve diligence frameworks and governance mechanisms across the organization.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in technical consulting, transaction advisory, or corporate strategy.
• Deep understanding of data center infrastructure, GPU clusters, and high-performance computing.
• Proven ability to evaluate technical feasibility alongside financial and legal implications.
• Experience advising senior executives, boards, or investment committees on high-stakes decisions.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills across engineering, finance, and legal teams.
• Must be based in the US.

• Experience with AI infrastructure or hyperscale data center deployments.
• Background in project finance, structured financing, or investor diligence processes.
