TL;DR

Location: San Francisco (Hybrid)

Salary: $200,000 – $300,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Architect the long-term vision for business process transformation through AI and scalable automation frameworks.
  • Orchestrate annual strategy cycles and long-range planning in close partnership with Finance.
  • Lead high-impact strategic initiatives and align resource allocation with priority market tiers and GTM motions.
  • Spearhead the end-to-end company-wide OKR process and ensure alignment across executive stakeholders.
  • Manage the operational process for gathering data and coordinating materials for the Board of Directors.
  • Build and mentor a world-class operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Consulting, Business Planning, or Strategy/Operations, specifically within SaaS.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams for complex, cross-functional execution.
  • Deep expertise in financial planning, budget management, and creating scalable business frameworks.
  • Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco (Hybrid).
