• Steer strategic and operational sourcing for international indirect spend categories across all E.ON entities.
• Manage and develop a team of international category managers.
• Take accountability for spend forecasting, value creation, and KPI target achievement.
• Act as the primary Supply Chain interface for category stakeholders and decision-making processes.
• Drive cross-border cooperation in the implementation of strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Lead supplier relations, including tenders, negotiations, and claim management.

Требования

• Fluency in both German and English is required.
• Several years of managerial experience in general management or Supply Chain roles.
• Extensive knowledge of Supply Chain strategies, analysis methodologies, and demand planning.
• Proven stakeholder management skills with experience interfacing at the Board level.
• Significant international negotiation experience.
• Relevant university degree (MBA is a plus).
