What you will do

• Develop and lead the execution of supply chain strategies to support business growth and operational objectives.
• Implement productivity and supplier improvement plans in collaboration with global category management teams.
• Negotiate contracts and manage key supplier relationships to ensure cost-efficiency and high-quality standards.
• Drive inventory reduction initiatives through innovative replenishment processes like Kanban and VMI.
• Resolve major supply chain disruptions and performance issues through proactive troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration.
• Participate in global Kaizen events to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply chain discipline.
• 3+ years of strategic sourcing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Proven ability to drive cost reduction projects and manage complex negotiations.
• Analytical mindset with experience in lean manufacturing methods.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time, including international travel.
