What you will do

• Lead sourcing strategies for EPS categories to deliver competitive costs and long-term value.
• Manage relationships with approximately 100 key suppliers and act as the commercial interface for up to 500 suppliers.
• Conduct market research, spend analysis, and develop negotiation plans for high-value global projects.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage supplier contracts to mitigate commercial risk.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to shape requirements and identify value-creation opportunities.
• Drive the adoption of procurement tools and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of procurement experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in SAP, Ariba, and MS Office suite.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities simultaneously.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of procurement experience in manufacturing or engineering.
• MCIPS qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• German language proficiency.
