What you will do

• Identify, assess, and onboard suppliers to meet operational and development requirements.
• Negotiate and manage procurement of BOM materials, including metal commodities and chemicals.
• Drive cost-reduction targets and optimize supplier performance in quality, delivery, and technology.
• Partner with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain teams to align sourcing strategies with global objectives.
• Manage POs, consignment, and contracts while ensuring continuous supply to manufacturing sites.
• Develop and improve end-to-end procurement processes and internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Excellent English communication skills for cross-country collaboration.
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

• Experience in the semiconductor industry.
