What you will do

• Own end-to-end sourcing responsibility for critical front-end materials categories.
• Define and execute global category strategies aligned with corporate technology roadmaps.
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage long-term supply contracts.
• Ensure stable supply by managing capacity, inventory, and supply chain risks.
• Develop strategic supplier relationships and lead supplier development initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, engineering, and quality teams to support manufacturing excellence.

Requirements

• University degree in business management or a technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of sourcing experience in the manufacturing industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior management position.
• Proven track record of leadership in an international environment.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
