What you will do

• Drive bookings and revenue within a specified region by developing and executing strategic business plans.
• Collaborate with sales executives to co-create strategies for expanding professional services within the region.
• Analyze customer business challenges to recommend and position the Professional Services portfolio.
• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including effort estimation, cost definition, and preparation of detailed SOWs.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with C-level stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through the entire customer journey.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience in a professional services or engagement director role.
• Proven experience selling Cloud or SaaS platforms, specifically migrations and AI services.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding quarterly booking and revenue targets.
• Expertise in communicating, negotiating, and closing deals with C-level executives.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Based in Sao Paulo with the ability to travel up to 50%.
