TL;DR

What you will do

  • Scale and lead a multilayered SLED organization, providing executive leadership to regional first-line managers and senior account executives.
  • Architect macro GTM and regional territory strategies to expand the hirify.global footprint across state agencies and educational institutions.
  • Cultivate trust-based partnerships with high-level public sector leaders, including State CIOs, CISOs, and university system boards.
  • Optimize the theater's procurement strategy by securing and utilizing key SLED contract vehicles and cooperative purchasing agreements.
  • Orchestrate the SLED partner ecosystem with major VARs, system integrators, and cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Act as the executive sponsor for high-value, complex transactions and multi-million-dollar state procurement cycles.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of enterprise software sales experience within the public sector market.
  • 5+ years of second-line management experience leading high-growth SLED teams.
  • Proven track record of scaling a SLED theater from early footprint to $50M+ ARR.
  • Deep domain expertise in cloud security (CNAPP, CSPM) and compliance frameworks (StateRAMP, CJIS, FERPA, HIPAA).
  • Legal right to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
