TL;DR

Associate Corporate Account Executive (SLED): Driving business growth and expanding relationships with corporate and mid-market customers in the SLED segment using hirify.global's integrated cloud and data platform with an accent on hybrid cloud, storage, and AI solutions. Focus on identifying whitespace opportunities, VMware displacement, and executing high-velocity deal cycles.

Location: Must be based in Texas (Dallas & Houston) or Florida (Tampa & Orlando). Requires travel within the territory to attend customer and partner events in person.

Salary: $174,250 - $225,500 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to SLED customers, aligning data infrastructure decisions with their business outcomes.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and drive VMware displacement, cloud optimization, and workload expansion.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecast accuracy using MEDDICC-aligned qualification.
  • Lead integrated pursuit teams, including ISRs, partners, and specialists, to provide a cohesive customer experience.
  • Develop ROI and TCO models to guide mid-market executives through financial decisions.
  • Drive post-sale handoffs to Customer Success with clear value realization plans.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Texas (Dallas & Houston) or Florida (Tampa & Orlando).
  • Strong understanding of hybrid cloud architectures, data platforms, and consumption economics.
  • Ability to translate technical decisions into business impact for IT and Finance leaders.
  • Proven hunting mentality and resilience in high-volume, fast-cycle sales environments.
  • Experience building value-based proposals and structuring deal economics.
