What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end, partnering with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal teams.
• Translate strategic goals into executable roadmaps with measurable milestones and resourcing.
• Proactively manage risks and blockers to keep delivery on track across multiple time zones.
• Establish communication standards and review cadences for data-driven decision-making.
• Present actionable status updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Build the PMO function from the ground up, introducing frameworks that improve organizational delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years in program management with a proven track record of leading complex initiatives.
• Technical background (ideally starting as a Technical Program Manager) to engage effectively in architecture discussions.
• Deep familiarity with software delivery workflows and developer productivity challenges.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to operate with high autonomy in an ambiguous, fast-paced scale-up environment.
