TL;DR

Senior Ad Measurement Lead (AdTech): Building and executing ad measurement and research strategies for Enterprise, Political, and Advocacy verticals with an accent on data-driven insights and campaign effectiveness. Focus on leveraging AI tools to automate workflows, translating complex data into actionable recommendations, and managing end-to-end measurement processes for high-impact advertising clients.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from New York, US (Hybrid: In-office Monday–Thursday).

Salary: $129,700–$195,200 annually.

What you will do

  • Consult with advertisers and agencies to design measurement plans that test advertising effectiveness.
  • Lead quantitative and qualitative studies from scoping to presentation.
  • Manage relationships with third-party measurement providers and integrate new solutions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and marketing to develop scalable industry solutions.
  • Conduct meta-analyses and create case studies to educate internal and external stakeholders.
  • Utilize AI tools to drive efficiency and scale across measurement workflows.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in campaign analytics, attribution, or research.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
  • Experience with ad effectiveness studies and third-party vendors like Nielsen or comScore.
  • Strong ability to present complex data insights to senior-level clients.
  • AI-first mindset with demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools for analysis and automation.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the political and advocacy advertising landscape.
  • Familiarity with conversion studies, pixel-based attribution, CAPI, and MMP integration.
  • Experience with A/B testing, incrementality, MTA, and MMM.
