What you will do
- Consult with advertisers and agencies to design measurement plans that test advertising effectiveness.
- Lead quantitative and qualitative studies from scoping to presentation.
- Manage relationships with third-party measurement providers and integrate new solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and marketing to develop scalable industry solutions.
- Conduct meta-analyses and create case studies to educate internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize AI tools to drive efficiency and scale across measurement workflows.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in campaign analytics, attribution, or research.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
- Experience with ad effectiveness studies and third-party vendors like Nielsen or comScore.
- Strong ability to present complex data insights to senior-level clients.
- AI-first mindset with demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools for analysis and automation.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in the political and advocacy advertising landscape.
- Familiarity with conversion studies, pixel-based attribution, CAPI, and MMP integration.
- Experience with A/B testing, incrementality, MTA, and MMM.
