What you will do

• Set up and manage direct-sold programmatic deals across integrated DSPs.
• Monitor daily deal health to ensure campaigns meet performance targets.
• Troubleshoot technical deal issues and escalate to engineering when necessary.
• Model deal pacing and revenue trends to support accurate business forecasting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Analytics teams to shape strategic initiatives.
• Serve as an internal expert on DSP partnerships and provide training to team members.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with large DSP platforms like TTD, DV360, or Amazon DSP.
• 2–3 years of experience in campaign management and client-facing roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
