TL;DR
Mid-Senior UX Researcher (AI): Conducting user research and analyzing behavior to enhance product experience with an accent on wireframing, prototyping, and data-informed design decisions. Focus on translating research insights into actionable recommendations and utilizing AI-driven UX tools.
Location: Remote (European Union, Georgia, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Turkey). Must be located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET.

What you will do
- Conduct competitor and market research to understand user behaviors, flows, pain points, and needs.
- Analyze existing user interfaces and current design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Visily or Figma.
- Develop user personas, customer journey maps, and usability studies to support data-informed decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Validate design concepts through A/B testing, surveys, interviews, and analytics.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in UX research and UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in Visily and Figma.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design (UCD), usability principles, and accessibility standards.
- Experience with AI-driven UX research tools and methodologies.
- Proven ability to conduct user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Portfolio or case studies showcasing past research and wireframe designs.
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
