What you will do

• Plan and execute end-to-end research for LDI experiences, partnering with product, design, and engineering teams.
• Conduct market and ecosystem research to analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes.
• Identify and validate assumptions early to de-risk product investments and prioritize opportunities.
• Support diverse LDI use cases across various workflows and customer segments.
• Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations, frameworks, and early design prototypes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in UX and product research at both tactical and strategic levels.
• Experience integrating market research and competitive analysis into product strategy.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-evolving problem spaces.
• Proficiency with Figma and AI-assisted workflows (e.g., Claude, Cursor).
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence decision-making through clear communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in legal tech, enterprise SaaS, or complex B2B domains.
• Familiarity with data-intensive workflows or regulatory environments.
• Comfort contributing to early solution framing or design direction.
